The working groups which had been established in CODESA 1 were now tasked to reach agreements on key issues assigned to them and to compile a report, reflecting consensus at CODESA 2. In the working groups each participating organisation was represented by two delegates and two advisers.
The subseries Working Groups contains documents on facilitation and management of working group discussions such as attendance registers and correspondence relating to the substitution of representatives on working groups.
