Series title created by CHT as a temporary placeholder until contents of tapes can be assessed. The SABC Education Directorate developed a constitutional education Programme on behalf of the CA. CA provided constitutional experts to form a studio panel to discuss the constitution. The Media Department of the CA produced all scripts for the programmes. This programme ran for an hour on different nights in 8 different languages. CHT has been unable to find an official name for this programme. Another programme "Constitutional Talk" which is also a name for a series of adverts, TV show and print campaign was produced. It is unclear to what degree the general talk show and "Constitutional Talk" were part of the same campaign as they share an interview format and numbering system. The information in tape number was moved to item number and information in item number was moved to tape number in Jan 2021
