Scope and content

This subseries contains the working documents for the planning and implementation of the Public Participation Programme (PPP). The resulting public submissions were submitted to the Constitutional Assembly and its working groups for use.

The PPP was composed of two phases: Pre-draft phase and Draft phase. The Pre-draft phase included hearings, constitutional public meetings, and an education programme. This material was packaged and submitted to the Constitutional Assembly. This contributed towards a draft constitution and the follow-up Draft phase to get comments on the draft constitution.
